Christina Pappas who is a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Expert will be speaking to students this Wednesday at 7:00pm. Space is limited so reservations are required. If you received the email announcement, you can register by clicking the link in your email. If you do not have the email, please call the karate school at (586) 573-3881 to reserve your space.

Christina will also be speaking on Saturday at 11am – in case you are not able to attend Wednesday night. That means there will not be a karate class on Saturday.
