The Dojo Dogs made a surprise visit to the karate school today and said hi to all of the students and cheered them on during class.

There are a lot of things coming up quickly, so please mark your calendars so you know the class schedule for the week.

Wednesday night at 7:00pm is the "Healthy Eating Healthy Living" Seminar

Saturday at 11am is "Stranger Danger"
Saturday at 12pm is "Healthy Eating Healthy Living"

There are no karate classes on Saturday. Please make sure to get your 2 classes in between Monday and Friday.
