Students and guests were treated to a fantastic seminar by Christina Pappas who is a personal traininer and nutrition expert. She spoke to the group and taught them the importance of reading labels and how to find good choices to eat and drink.

Christina will be conducting this seminar again on Saturday at 12pm. If you would like to attend, please call the karate school and reserve your space.
